Systems Specialist and Product Manager
IT-environments at different installation sites often differ vastly. You therefore need a broad and deep technical understanding as well as a very good ability to work closely with users, technicians and colleagues for this position.
With fast growing numbers of users, we need an ambitious person to further strengthen our organisation. For this position, you must be a good communicator and have excellent standards in English.
You will work directly with experienced support, development and technical teams in South Africa, Europe and in the East. Your work will also involve direct contact with our users.

You must:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in an information technology field.
- Have a good understanding of IT Architecture, IT Systems, programming skills and software development lifecycle concepts.
- Be comfortable with presenting in front of small and large audiences.
- Have a professional, positive attitude, a valid driver’s licence and a valid passport.
IT- Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of the Windows family of servers and operating systems
- Windows Networking
- SQL database administration
- Working knowledge of web services administration
Programming Skills:
- Working knowledge of Delphi COM+, SQL development, XML data manipulation
- Product Packaging: Development of an installation program for product rollout
- Technical Communication Skills:
- Functional specification documentation (UML)
- System error reporting
- Technical workshop facilitation
- Interpret customer workflow models for implementation to the functional model of the software package
