Licensing

Profdoc asks a service fee based on the number of concurrent users at the installation. This cost covers full usage, all user support and upgrades. There is no limit to number of users at any installation.  

This licensing model intends best versatility at any practice as users may share licenses whilst maintaining own access and user rights.

Support and Maintenance

Profdoc signs a user agreement with each installation which entitles all users to:

• All telephonic, multimedia, chat and email support.
• All Profdoc software upgrades, fixes and releases.
• All self-tutoring multimedia courses.
• New Profdoc software versions with new features, feature enhancements and new functionalities
• Access to templates, terms, reports, overviews, drawings etc
• Direct dialogue intended at influencing future system development
